Shipping policy

Wise Owl orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.  We leverage their robust logistics network to get our products to customers in as little as 2 business days when shipping to the 48 contiguous states or Washington D.C.

We offer two shipping speeds:

Standard Shipping

• Typical delivery time from when order is placed is 3 - 5 business days.
• For orders shipped to non-contiguous US states or territories, please allow 5 - 10 business days.

Express Shipping

• Typical delivery time for orders placed before 2p Pacific Time is 2 - 3 business days.
• For orders shipped to non-contiguous US states or territories, please allow 4 - 6 business days.  *Please note orders received after 2pm Pacific Time will be processed the following business day.
